From Ayala MRT Station

1. The New Fort Bus Terminal has an approximate 3-minute walking distance from the Ayala MRT station.
2. Turn right on the first street on the right side.
3. Take the West Route bus. Bus fare costs 12php.

4. You get off on the first bus stop which will be on the Picadilly Star.
5. Cross the 27th Street.
6. Turn left onto the Picadilly Star building.
7. Turn right onto the 4th Avenue and just walk straight ahead.
8. Turn right onto the 26th Street.
9. The building on the corner is the Marajo Tower (just beside the Picadilly Star building).
