Secure printing
While many people are very conscious about PC data security, they are often nonchalant about printing security. That is where the secure printing function of the Brother Colour Laser Series can help. Without entry of a pre-defined password on the unit's control panel, valuable documents are unable to be printed or taken out.

Lock Colour Usage
Ideal for the office environment, each colour laser printer is equipped with the Lock Colour Usage feature giving corporate administrators the ability to restrict colour print usage by user. Users are required to enter a password to print colour documents. This feature enables business owners to maintain control against employee usage abuse. Thus reduces unnecessary colour printing by un-authorised users, allowing businesses to lower toner consumption and saves toner wastage.

Sharing one printer with multiple PCs

Our business is growing steadily and the number of our employees is increasing. In line with the increase, we have been increasing the number of PCs and peripherals. Since our printers did not have enough ports to connect all our PCs, we have to buy other printers each time we bought new PCs or the like. Now, our office space is cramped. The cost of buying printers can add up to a considerable amount.
We replaced some of our old printers with Brother's network-ready printer. We can now share the printer among multiple staff members, making efficient use of our space. We no longer need to purchase other printers since the costs have been reduced.

What should I do?

Connecting printer wirelessly with PC

Four of us share a house for SOHO purposes. There is one printer connected to PCs in each of the rooms using cables running over the floors and along walls. To be honest, they look messy and ugly. We sometimes trip over them. Our SOHOs could be taken over by the cables.
A Brother wireless network-ready printer solves cable problems such as these. Its compact and stylish design makes it perfect for our swanky office space. The cable-free connection keeps our office space simple and neat. Because our staff members go to the printer to pick up their printouts, the opportunities for brainstorming are increased.
