For the convenience of all our customers throughout Malaysia, we have created an extensive network of Authorized Customer Service Centres (ASCs) that cater to all customer repair and technical needs. These are situated in major cities and towns across Malaysia, where customers can bring in their machines to be serviced and repaired at a time suitable for them. We have also appointed certain business partners to be machine ‘collection centres’, where customers can drop in their machines, and pick them up in a few day’s time.

All these are created with the customers’ ease and convenience in mind.
