Brother Servicing Procedure

Customer who encounters difficulty in using Brother Printer, Multi-Function Centre (MFC), Fax Machine, P-Touch Machine, Consumable * and Tape, kindly bring both the machine as well as Consumable/Tape to the following location for servicing:

* Brother Consumables include Ink Cartridges and Toner Cartridges.

Important: Please note that it is required to bring the machine, consumable/tape and proof of purchase to our Service Centre for detailed diagnosis.


You shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the following terms and condition for the warranty of the purchased product.

• Brother Authorized Service Center may service your Brother machine covered by the Extended Warranty Application in behalf of Brother International Philippines.

• In case you do not receive the Extended Warranty Sticker a month after mailing / faxing, you may contact Brother International Philippines at (02) 581-9898 or via our toll free line at 1-800-10-BROTHER.

• Extended Warranty Application form received after the 15-day timeframe will NOT be included in the Extended Warranty Program.

• Customers are required to bring-in their malfunctioning equipment to our Brother Service Center or any Brother Authorized Service Centers nationwide.
